Credit Cards: Payment via Visa, Mastercard or American Express are only accepted at time of ordering. Card will be processed at time of placement. Prepayment via credit card may be required for special order items or other circumstances.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING
US ORDERS, UPS Ground Shipping Charges:
0-$50: $15 shipping
$51-$100: $20 shipping
$101-$150: $25 shipping
$151-$200: $30 shipping
Add $15 for each additional increment of $100.

CANADIAN ORDERS, FEDEX INTL Ground Shipping Charges:
0-$150 shipping is set at $35
$151-$250 shipping is set at $40
Add $20 for each additional increment of $100.

Stock Items: Upon receipt of order, most orders for stock items will be shipped within 72 hours.

RETURNS

Prior authorization is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Regularly stocked items are returnable in original, unopened cartons within 90 days of shipping date. Contact us at 704-992-6521 to request return instructions.
